# Best AI Visibility Tools For Localized Reporting In 2026

Peec AI, Rankscale, Profound, Semrush and LLMrefs compared on how each sets country and language, caps markets by plan and charges for every market a team adds.

Reporting AI-answer visibility for one market is a dashboard. Reporting it for six countries and four languages is a measurement problem, because each market needs its own prompts, its own engines and a setup that compares fairly side by side.

- For localized reporting, Peec AI suits most multi-market teams, because each prompt carries its own country.
- Rankscale states 240+ regions and languages across 17+ engines, billed in credits per answer.
- Profound assigns prompts to countries, cities or languages, with wider coverage on Enterprise.
- Semrush suits teams adding a few markets to an SEO suite they already run.
- LLMrefs suits lean teams that want many markets on a fixed budget.

These picks apply when the job is reporting AI-answer visibility by country or language for a brand that sells in several markets. Answers vary from run to run, so a fair market comparison needs pooled runs on matched prompt panels. City-level tracking for local businesses is a different need, separated out below.

## Best AI Visibility Tools For Localized Reporting

For reporting AI visibility market by market, Peec AI sets the country on each prompt, Rankscale picks regions per brand from a list of 240+ regions and languages, Profound assigns prompts to countries, cities or languages, Semrush adds country tracking to an SEO suite, and LLMrefs pairs a country with a language on its All in One plan.

The ranking reflects one job, which is showing a brand's AI-answer presence separately for each country and language it sells in. Peec AI comes first because the market is a property of each prompt, so market splits stay clean and reach Looker Studio on the Advanced plan.

Rankscale follows for breadth of stated coverage, with engines and regions picked per brand and credits that scale with prompts, engines, frequency and markets. Profound adds city and persona splits but puts wider coverage behind an Enterprise contract. Semrush and LLMrefs suit teams already committed to an SEO suite or working to a fixed budget.

How the five tools set, cap and report markets:

**AI visibility tools for localized reporting compared**

| Tool | Pricing model | Free trial | How a market is set | Market limit | Engines named | Reporting out |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Peec AI | Paid | Yes | Country per prompt | Countries capped per project | 3 models, paid add-ons | Looker Studio (Advanced), CSV |
| Rankscale | Paid | | Regions chosen per brand | All regions on Pro | 17+ engines | Dashboards, Growth white-label |
| Profound | Quote only | | Country, city or language | 1 region on self-serve | Up to 9 on Enterprise | Region filters, exports |
| Semrush | Freemium | | Location and language at setup | 220+ countries tracked | AI Mode, ChatGPT | CSV, 10 a day |
| LLMrefs | Paid | 7 days | Country-language pair | 50+ countries listed | All supported engines | CSV export |

The table compares country and language reporting only. It leaves out per-location tracking for local businesses, which [BrightLocal's comparison treats as a separate need from country-level tracking](https://www.brightlocal.com/resources/ai-visibility-tools-compared/), marking Semrush, Profound and Peec AI as built for national or brand-level visibility.

## How We Chose These Tools

A tool made this list only if it lets a team choose the country or language each prompt runs from and report results separately for each market.

Tools that cleared that bar were compared on five criteria, in this order:

1. How a market is assigned, per prompt, per project or per account.
2. Market and language limits on each plan.
3. The engines covered, and whether they run in each market.
4. How results leave the tool, through dashboards, Looker Studio or CSV.
5. What drives cost as markets are added.

Coverage counts in this guide are each vendor's own claim. An engine's regional availability can also lag a tool's market list. Trakkr's review of Profound notes that other countries can carry fewer platforms and later history start dates, and Scrunch states that it returns country-specific results only on AI platforms that support geolocated search.

Six tools were considered and five made the list. Scrunch, the sixth, supports prompt tracking in every country and appears in our [wider comparison of AI visibility platforms](https://growthtribune.com/best-ai-visibility-platforms/), so this guide keeps its five places for the other tools.

**Considered, not included**

| Tool | Why not here |
| --- | --- |
| Scrunch | Compared in our wider platform roundup |

## Peec AI

Peec AI assigns every prompt to a single country, and that country sets where the prompt runs, so results split cleanly by market without mixing locations in one score.

**Peec AI**

Peec AI is an AI search analytics platform for marketing teams and agencies. For localized reporting, its strength is that the market lives on the prompt, so one project can hold several countries and report them side by side.

**Verdict:** Peec AI ranks first for localized reporting because market splits are built into each prompt, and the Advanced plan lists multi-country tracking alongside a Looker Studio integration.

**How markets are set:** Each prompt is assigned one country, which sets the location the prompt is run from. A team tracking the same question in Germany and France adds it once per country and reads the two results apart.

**Market limits by plan:** The number of countries is capped per project, and the cap depends on the plan. At the cap, existing prompts keep running and new prompts can still go into countries already in the project. A new country needs a freed slot, another project or an upgrade. Starter includes 1 project, Pro 2 and Advanced 5, with unlimited projects on Enterprise.

**Engines:** Every plan includes 3 models, and Enterprise goes up to 13. Extra models, including ChatGPT, AI Mode, AI Overviews, Copilot, Perplexity and Gemini, are paid add-ons. Engine-level detail is in our breakdown of [how Profound and Peec AI compare on engine coverage](https://growthtribune.com/profound-vs-peec-ai-which-fits-your-team/).

**Reporting and export:** Visibility data filters by model, country and prompt tags. A Looker Studio community connector pulls data across projects into client-ready dashboards, and .csv exports are offered. Every tier lists unlimited users and daily tracking.

**What drives cost:** Prompt count is the main meter. Starter covers 50 prompts, Pro 150 and Advanced 350, and add-on models are priced on the plan's prompt count, so each extra engine costs more on a larger plan. A new market spends prompts from that allowance and, at the cap, a country slot.

**Pricing:** Peec AI's plans and prices:

**Peec AI pricing**

| Plan | Price | Billing | Notes |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Starter | $95 | per month | |
| Pro | $245 | per month | |
| Advanced | $495 | per month | |
| Enterprise | Custom pricing | per custom | |

**Limitation:** The country cap is per project. A team that grows from three markets to eight can hit the cap and have to split markets across projects, which breaks a single cross-market view unless the Looker Studio connector joins them back together.

**Best fit:** An in-house team reporting a handful of markets into Looker Studio, with the same prompt set run in each country.

## Rankscale

Rankscale lists more than 240 regions and languages across 17+ AI engines, and because it bills in credits per AI answer, each market a team adds raises the monthly credit draw.

**Rankscale**

Rankscale is an AI visibility platform that tracks brand mentions, citations and sentiment across AI engines, built for agencies and enterprise SEO teams. It runs visibility across markets from one platform, with engines and regions chosen per brand.

**Verdict:** Rankscale is the pick for long market lists and less common languages, as long as the team budgets credits per market before switching markets on.

**How markets are set:** Teams select only the AI engines and regions that matter for each brand, from a list Rankscale states as 240+ regions and languages. Prompt research also runs by segment, region and language, which helps build each market's panel.

**Market limits by plan:** Plans cap credits rather than markets. Pro lists all regions, 1,200 credits a month and 10 brand dashboards.

**Engines:** Rankscale tracks 17+ AI engines, including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, AI Overviews, AI Mode, DeepSeek, Grok, Copilot and Mistral.

**Reporting and export:** Each brand gets its own dashboard, with 10 on Pro, and Growth adds white-label options for agencies that send reports to clients.

**What drives cost:** Each AI engine answer consumes credits, so prompts, engines, run frequency and markets multiply together. Rankscale's own example puts 50 prompts at 0.75 credits per run, weekly, at 162.5 credits a month. At the same rate, the same 50 prompts in four markets is 650 credits a month, more than half of Pro's 1,200.

**Pricing:** Rankscale's plans and prices:

**Rankscale pricing**

| Plan | Price | Billing | Notes |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Essentials | $17 | per month, billed annually | |
| Pro | $99 | per month | |
| Pro+ | $229 | per month | |
| Growth | $385 | per month | |
| Enterprise | $780 | per month | |
| Custom Plan | Custom pricing | per custom | |

**Limitation:** Spend scales with every extra market and engine, so a broad market list is easy to switch on and hard to afford at a daily cadence. Budget credits per market before switching markets on, since prompts, engines, run frequency and markets multiply together.

**Best fit:** Teams or agencies tracking many markets or less common languages that want to pick engines and regions brand by brand.

## Profound

Profound lets teams assign each tracked prompt to a country, a city or a language, but [self-serve plans stay at one region and one language](https://trakkr.ai/reviews/profound-review/platform-coverage), with wider coverage set in an Enterprise contract.

**Profound**

Profound is an AI marketing platform that shows marketing and AEO teams what customers ask AI tools and how their brand appears in the answers. Its market controls go below country level, to cities, languages and personas.

**Verdict:** Profound suits enterprise brands that need city, language and persona splits, and that are ready to negotiate market coverage rather than pick it from a plan page.

**How markets are set:** Prompts can be assigned to specific countries, cities or languages to surface regional differences. Prompts run daily by default across every selected AI platform and region.

**Market limits by plan:** The Trial covers 1 language and 1 region. Enterprise opens custom languages and custom regions.

**Engines:** The Trial covers ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews. Enterprise reaches up to 9 answer engines, adding Perplexity, Google AI Mode, Microsoft Copilot, DeepSeek, Claude and Exa Search.

**Reporting and export:** Metrics filter by platform, region, topic and persona, and reports can be exported.

**What drives cost:** Market coverage sets the bill. Beyond one region and one language, each added market is part of an Enterprise negotiation, so the contract scope decides what a new country costs.

**Pricing:** Profound's plans:

**Profound pricing**

| Plan | Price | Billing | Notes |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Agency Enterprise (agency tab) | Custom pricing | per custom | |
| Agency Growth (agency tab) | Custom pricing | per custom | |
| Enterprise | Custom pricing | per custom | |
| Trial | Custom pricing | per custom | |

**Limitation:** A market on the list is not always a full market. Trakkr's review notes that Profound's Prompt Volumes data is US-centred, that other countries can have fewer platforms and later history start dates, and it advises buyers to request a matrix of engine by market, language, cadence and history start date.

**Best fit:** Enterprise brands that need city and persona splits across many markets under one contract.

## Semrush

The AI Visibility Toolkit from Semrush tracks prompts across 220+ countries and territories, but the base toolkit includes 25 tracked prompts, so a team covering five markets has five prompts a market before buying more.

**Semrush**

Semrush is an online visibility platform covering SEO, AI search visibility, advertising and content. Adobe completed its acquisition of Semrush on April 28, 2026, and the product continues as Semrush, an Adobe company.

**Verdict:** Semrush is the pick for teams that already run it for SEO and want a few markets of AI visibility beside their rank data.

**How markets are set:** Visibility Overview benchmarks brand presence worldwide or by region. Prompt Tracking monitors prompts day by day across 220+ countries and territories. For Brand Performance, the location and language are chosen during setup. Semrush also expanded its AI visibility database to 32 countries in May 2026, but that database is for prompt research, not tracking.

**Market limits by plan:** The base toolkit includes 25 prompts for Prompt Tracking. Semrush One raises that to 50 on Starter, 100 on Pro+ and 200 on Advanced. Brand Performance allows 1 project and 1 domain.

**Engines:** Prompt Tracking names Google AI Mode and ChatGPT as its platforms.

**Reporting and export:** Reports sit inside Semrush next to SEO data, with 10 CSV exports a day.

**What drives cost:** Tracked prompts are the meter. Another 50 prompts cost $60 a month, so a five-market panel of 20 prompts each needs 75 prompts beyond the base 25, which is two add-on packs, or $120 a month on top of the toolkit.

**Pricing:** Semrush's plans and prices:

**Semrush pricing**

| Plan | Price | Billing | Notes |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Free | $0 | per month | |
| SEO | $139.95 | per month | |
| Starter | $199 | per month | |
| Pro+ | $299 | per month | |
| Advanced | $549 | per month | |
| AI Visibility Toolkit (AI Visibility Toolkit) | $99 | per month | per user |

**Limitation:** Prompt counts are small once split across markets, and Prompt Tracking names two platforms, Google AI Mode and ChatGPT. A team that needs Perplexity or Gemini reported by market will not get them from this toolkit.

**Best fit:** Teams already running Semrush for SEO that need a few markets alongside rank data.

## LLMrefs

The All in One plan from LLMrefs tracks 500 prompts across all supported AI engines with geo-targeting in 50+ countries and 20+ languages, so adding a market uses prompts rather than raising the bill.

**LLMrefs**

LLMrefs is an AI search analytics platform that tracks how brands appear in ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Gemini, for brands, agencies and SEO teams. It keeps localized tracking, every engine and unlimited projects on its All in One plan.

**Verdict:** LLMrefs is the budget pick for many markets, since added markets draw on a fixed prompt allowance rather than adding fees.

**How markets are set:** Geo-targets are a country-language pair, such as "United States - English". The LLMrefs geo-tracking guide also shows targets down to a city or ZIP code, such as "New York, NY - English".

**Market limits by plan:** The All in One plan covers 500 prompts with unlimited projects and team members. Every market draws on that 500-prompt allowance.

**Engines:** All AI search engines LLMrefs supports are included, with no additional fees.

**Reporting and export:** Data leaves through CSV export, and unlimited projects let a team split brands or regions as it likes.

**What drives cost:** Prompts, not money, are the meter. Ten markets of 50 prompts each use the full 500.

**Pricing:** LLMrefs' plans and prices:

**LLMrefs pricing**

| Plan | Price | Billing | Notes |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| All in One | $79 | per month | |

**Limitation:** LLMrefs states its geo coverage differently across its own pages. The plan lists 50+ countries and 20+ languages, the homepage copy says 20+ countries and 10+ languages, and its geo-tracking guide says 20+ supported countries. Check each target market in the live selector before committing.

**Best fit:** Lean teams that want many markets on a fixed budget.

## Why Do AI Answers Differ By Country And Language?

AI answers change by market and by run, since [Google's AI Overviews run in more than 200 countries and territories and over 40 languages](https://blog.google/products/search/ai-overview-expansion-may-2025-update/), and the same prompt rarely returns the same brands twice. A single global score averages those markets together and hides the countries where a brand is missing from the answer.

Reporting [AI search visibility](https://growthtribune.com/search-ai-visibility/ai-search-visibility/) by market starts with why the answers differ. The first reason is the material each engine draws on.

[Evertune, an AI visibility vendor, states that AI models generate different brand recommendations based on regional training data and local content availability](https://www.evertune.ai/research/insights-on-ai/evertune-tracks-ai-responses-across-different-regions-and-languages). A brand with strong English-language coverage can therefore read very differently in a German or Spanish answer.

The second reason is that answers move even inside one market. In SparkToro's study with Gumshoe.ai, 600 volunteers ran 12 prompts through ChatGPT, Claude and Google's AI a combined 2,961 times in late 2025.

**<1 in 100 repeat runs** (2025, 600 volunteers, 12 prompts, 2,961 runs): Fewer than 1 in 100 repeat runs of the same prompt returned the same list of brands, and fewer than 1 in 1,000 returned it in the same order. Source: [NEW Research: AIs are highly inconsistent when recommending brands or products](https://sparktoro.com/blog/new-research-ais-are-highly-inconsistent-when-recommending-brands-or-products-marketers-should-take-care-when-tracking-ai-visibility/).

That makes a single run per market noise, not a finding. [ClickForest's own small repeat test found that 23% of prompt-and-source combinations changed outcome between runs](https://www.clickforest.com/en/blog/best-ai-visibility-tools), and the publisher calls that a lower bound. Treat a one-off gap between two countries as a question to test with pooled runs, not as a result.

Country and language tracking is also a different job from local-business tracking. BrightLocal's comparison treats per-location tracking as its own need and marks Semrush, Profound and Peec AI as built for national or brand-level visibility. The tools in this guide are judged on the country and language job.

## What Should A Localized AI Visibility Tool Let You Control?

The control that matters most for localized reporting is setting the country and language on each prompt, because a market set once per account cannot report two countries side by side. After that, check which engines run in each market, the market caps on each plan, and whether results filter and export by market.

When the market sits on the account or project, a second country means a second workspace, and the two can drift apart in prompts, engines and cadence. When it sits on the prompt, the same question runs in every market inside one project and the comparison is built in. Peec AI's per-project country cap shows that even per-prompt markets still need room on the plan.

Confirm each of these before shortlisting:

- [ ] The market is set per prompt, not once per account, as Peec AI does with one country per prompt.
- [ ] Country and language can be set separately, as Profound's language assignment and LLMrefs' country-language pairs allow, so a Spanish prompt can run in Mexico and in Spain.
- [ ] City-level targets are there only if the report truly needs them, and Profound and LLMrefs both offer them.
- [ ] Each engine runs in each target market, not only somewhere on the plan, confirmed through an engine-by-market matrix from the vendor.
- [ ] The market cap per project or plan fits next year's market count, not only this quarter's.
- [ ] Results filter and export by market, through country filters, Looker Studio or CSV, within any daily export limit such as Semrush's 10 CSV exports a day.

A long country list is not the same as engines localizing answers in each of those countries. Scrunch states that it supports prompt tracking in every country but returns country-specific results only on AI platforms that support geolocated search.

Trakkr's review of Profound makes the same point from the buyer's side, noting that some countries carry fewer platforms and later history start dates. Ask for the matrix before you sign, and check that each market you plan to report has the engines your buyers use.

> **Tip:** Confirm each target market in the tool's live market selector before you buy. Vendors' own published counts can differ, and LLMrefs states its country coverage three different ways across its own pages.

## How Do Extra Countries And Languages Change The Cost?

Each market a team adds multiplies the prompts it must run, so the real cost of localized AI visibility tracking is markets times prompts times engines times run frequency, whatever the plan's headline price. The five tools differ in which of those factors they meter and where the ceiling sits.

What a new market consumes in each tool:

**Cost basis as markets grow**

| Tool | What a new market consumes | Where the ceiling is |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Peec AI | Prompts and a country slot | Per-project country cap, then a new project or upgrade |
| Rankscale | Credits for every engine answer | Monthly credits, 1,200 on Pro |
| Profound | Contract scope | One region and language until Enterprise |
| Semrush | Tracked prompts | 25 base prompts, then $60 a month per 50 |
| LLMrefs | Prompts from a fixed 500 | The 500-prompt allowance |

A worked example shows the multiplier. Take five markets with 20 prompts each, 100 prompts in all.

- On Semrush, the panel is 75 prompts over the base 25, so two add-on packs of 50 at $60 a month each.
- On Rankscale, at the pricing page's 0.75 credits per prompt run, 100 prompts weekly is 325 credits a month, and each extra engine adds answers to pay for.
- On Peec AI, the 100 prompts fit inside Pro's 150, but all five countries must also fit the plan's per-project country cap.
- On LLMrefs, the panel uses a fifth of the 500-prompt allowance.
- On Profound, five markets go beyond self-serve coverage, so they sit in the Enterprise contract.

Run frequency is the factor teams forget. On a credit meter, daily runs draw about seven times the credits of weekly runs, so cadence per market is a budget decision as much as a measurement one.

The budgeting rule follows from that. Multiply markets by prompts by engines by run frequency, then check which of those the plan meters. A headline plan price hides the multiplier, through per-project country caps, credits per answer or small prompt allowances.

## How To Build Comparable Prompt Panels Across Markets

A comparable prompt panel uses the same intents, the same number of prompts, the same engines and the same run cadence in every market, so a gap between two countries reflects the answers rather than the setup.

Build the panel in seven steps:

- [ ] Start from one intent-matched core set, then reword each prompt the way local buyers ask rather than machine-translating it.
- [ ] Keep the same number of prompts in every market so visibility shares compare like with like.
- [ ] Run the same engines at the same cadence in every market.
- [ ] Size each market's panel above anecdote level, well beyond 5 to 10 prompts a language.
- [ ] Pool repeated runs and report the average, never a single run.
- [ ] Report visibility share across the panel, never a single AI rank position.
- [ ] Tag local-only prompts separately so they stay out of the cross-market comparison.

Translation is the first trap. A machine-translated set keeps the English intent but not the way a German or Brazilian buyer phrases the question, so the panel ends up measuring translation quality as much as visibility. Keep the intent fixed and let the wording change.

Panel size matters as much as wording. Evertune states that testing 5 to 10 prompts in each language gives anecdotal observations, not statistically significant insights. With Semrush's base 25 prompts split across five markets, each market gets five, which sits inside that anecdotal range.

Repetition is the other half. SparkToro's study advises running a prompt many times, usually at least 60 to 100, and averaging the results. It calls visibility percentage across dozens to hundreds of prompts, run multiple times, a reasonable metric, while a single ranking position in AI is not.

Even small amounts of pooling help. In ClickForest's repeat test, taking the majority of 3 runs cut the share of changed outcomes from 23% to 8%, though the publisher notes the sample is small.

The full workflow for choosing, segmenting and sizing prompts is covered in our guide to [building an AI search prompt tracking list](https://growthtribune.com/how-to-build-an-ai-search-prompt-tracking-list/).

Pooled runs across markets can inflate totals if the same answer is counted twice. To keep one row per answer and one denominator per metric, [measure AI visibility without double-counting](https://growthtribune.com/how-to-measure-ai-visibility-without-double-counting/) before you roll markets into a global figure.

## Which AI Visibility Tool Should You Choose For Localized Reporting?

If you report a handful of markets into Looker Studio, choose Peec AI, and if you need many markets or less common languages across a wide engine list, choose Rankscale. The other three picks turn on contract size, the SEO suite you already run and how fixed your budget is.

Choose by situation:

- A handful of markets reported into Looker Studio points to Peec AI, with its per-prompt countries and Looker Studio connector on Advanced.
- Many markets or less common languages, with engines and regions picked per brand, points to Rankscale and its credit model.
- City or persona splits under an enterprise contract point to Profound, whose Enterprise plan opens custom regions and languages.
- A team already on Semrush that needs a few markets beside SEO data should start with the AI Visibility Toolkit and its add-on prompts.
- Many markets on a fixed budget point to LLMrefs and its 500-prompt All in One plan.

Agencies reporting for several clients should also weigh client separation and white-label reporting, which we compare in our roundup of [AI visibility tools for agencies](https://growthtribune.com/best-ai-visibility-tools-for-agencies/).

**Verdict.** For most multi-market brands, Peec AI is the first tool to shortlist, because the country sits on each prompt and, on the Advanced plan, results reach Looker Studio by market. That pick holds while the market count fits the plan's per-project country cap. Beyond it, Rankscale's credit model or Profound's Enterprise coverage fit better, and LLMrefs covers many markets on a fixed budget.

## Frequently Asked Questions

**Can I translate one prompt set for every country?**

Translating one prompt set gives a starting panel, but each market's prompts should be reworded the way local buyers ask, then held to the same count, engines and cadence as every other market. A straight machine translation keeps the intent but can miss local phrasing, which skews the comparison between countries.

**Can AI visibility tools track by city?**

Some can. Profound lets teams assign prompts to specific cities as well as countries and languages, and the LLMrefs geo-tracking guide shows city or ZIP-level targets such as New York. Per-location tracking for local businesses is a separate need, and BrightLocal's comparison marks Semrush, Profound and Peec AI as built for national or brand-level visibility.

**How often should localized prompts run?**

Run every market at the same cadence, and pool repeated runs before comparing markets. Profound runs prompts daily by default, and Peec AI lists daily tracking on every tier. SparkToro's study advises running a prompt many times, usually at least 60 to 100, and averaging, because a single run rarely repeats its brand list.

**Do AI Overviews appear in every country?**

Google says AI Overviews are available in more than 200 countries and territories and in more than 40 languages. Inside tracking tools, engine availability can still differ by market, as Trakkr's review of Profound notes, so confirm that each engine you plan to report runs in each target country before comparing markets.
