Who does the work

Waqas Arshad and Faisal Irfan, directly.

Who the audit is for

The audit is built for B2B companies that already have some growth activity in place and want an honest outside view of where it is underperforming. It tends to be a good fit if:

A good fit if

  • You are spending on several channels (search, outbound, paid, events, partnerships) but cannot say clearly which ones deserve more investment.
  • Pipeline has plateaued or become unpredictable, and the cause is not obvious.
  • You have bought growth tools that are not delivering the value you expected.
  • You suspect competitors are taking visibility in search results or AI-generated answers that should be yours.
  • You are about to make a significant growth decision, such as hiring, changing agencies, entering a new segment or replacing core tools, and want evidence first.

When it is probably not the right fit

  • You are pre-product or have no customers yet; a positioning or market-validation exercise will help more.
  • You need someone to execute a specific campaign tomorrow rather than diagnose the system.
  • You cannot share access to the data needed for the review.

We would rather tell you this upfront than sell you an audit you do not need.

The problems the audit is designed to uncover

Most growth issues look like channel problems but turn out to be system problems. During an audit we look for issues such as:

  • Content and pages that rank or get cited for the wrong questions, or not at all for the ones that matter to buyers.

  • Outbound that sends volume but reaches the wrong accounts, uses decaying data or lands in spam.

  • Lead sources that look healthy in reporting but rarely turn into qualified opportunities.

  • Competitors winning attention through positioning, content or channels you have not prioritized.

  • Tools that overlap, are underused, or are not connected to the systems that need their data.

  • Handoffs between marketing, sales and operations where interest is lost.

  • Missing measurement that makes it impossible to tell what is working.

What the 360° Growth Audit covers

It is a structured, expert-led review of your growth engine, covering search and AI visibility, sales and lead channels, competitors and the business constraints in between. You get a clear picture of what is working, what is not and what to do next, in priority order.

Search visibility

We review how your business appears when buyers search, both in traditional search results and in AI-generated answers. This includes the topics and queries that matter for your market, the pages that currently earn visibility, technical and content issues that limit performance, and whether AI assistants mention or cite your brand when buyers ask relevant questions. AI visibility is reviewed using a defined sample of prompts and platforms, which we document so you know exactly what was and was not observed.

Sales and lead channels

We map where your pipeline comes from today and examine each meaningful channel: organic, outbound email, calling, paid, referrals, partnerships and website conversion. For each, we look at targeting, data quality, messaging, tooling and how leads move into your sales process.

Competitor analysis

We review how your closest competitors position themselves, which channels and content earn them attention, where they appear in search and AI answers, and where gaps exist that you can realistically win.

Business roadblocks

Some constraints sit outside any single channel: unclear positioning, an ideal customer profile that is too broad, weak sales handoffs, missing data, disconnected tools or limited capacity. We identify the roadblocks that would cap results even if every channel were optimized.

Actionable roadmap

We turn the findings into a roadmap that tells you what to do, in what order and why. Each recommendation is tied to the evidence behind it, the effort it requires and the outcome it is designed to influence.

What we need from you

The quality of an audit depends on access to real information. Depending on scope, we typically ask for:

  • A short intake conversation about your business, ideal customers, goals and current constraints.

  • Read access to analytics and search data, for example Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

  • Read access or exports from your CRM covering lead sources and pipeline stages.

  • Exports or read access for outbound tools, such as your email sequencing platform and data providers, where relevant.

  • Any existing positioning, messaging or sales materials.

  • A named contact on your side who can answer questions during the review.

We only request the access needed for the agreed scope. Access is removed at the end of the engagement, and your data is not used for any other purpose.

How the audit works

A typical audit takes two to three weeks, depending on its scope and the size of the business. It has three stages.

  1. Step 1: Stage 1: Discovery

We agree on scope, goals and the questions the audit needs to answer, then collect access and context. Usually the first few days.

  2. Step 2: Stage 2: Analysis

We review search visibility, channels, competitors and roadblocks, and document the evidence behind each finding. Usually one to two weeks.

  3. Step 3: Stage 3: Roadmap

We prioritize the findings into an actionable roadmap and walk you through it, so your team understands the reasoning, not just the recommendations. Usually the final few days, ending with the walkthrough call.

Example deliverable structure (illustrative)

This outline is illustrative. The final structure depends on the agreed scope.

  1. Executive summary: the most important findings and the first priorities.

  2. Search and AI visibility findings, including the method and prompt sample used.

  3. Channel-by-channel findings, with the evidence reviewed for each.

  4. Competitor landscape and visibility gaps.

  5. Business roadblocks and their impact on growth.

  6. Prioritized roadmap: actions, owners, effort and sequencing.

  7. Measurement recommendations, so you can tell whether the roadmap is working.

  8. Appendix: data sources, access dates and limitations.

What the audit can and cannot do

The audit gives you a clearer, evidence-based view of your growth engine and a plan to improve it. It does not guarantee rankings, AI citations, reply rates, pipeline or revenue. Results depend on how the roadmap is implemented, your market and factors outside anyone's control. Where we refer to outcomes from previous work, we link to documented case studies that explain the context, timeframe and how results were measured.

Who leads your audit

Your audit is led by the people behind Growth Tribune, not handed to a junior team.

Is the audit right for you? Five questions to consider

  • Can you name the two or three channels that produce most of your qualified pipeline?

  • Do you know how your brand appears when buyers ask AI assistants about your category?

  • Are you confident your prospect data, sending infrastructure and messaging are not limiting outbound results?

  • Do you know why your closest competitor wins the deals you lose?

  • Is there a growth decision coming up that you would like to make with better evidence?

If you answered "no" or "not sure" to two or more, an audit is likely to be useful.

Pricing and timing

Each audit is scoped to your business. We share pricing and timing after a short discovery conversation. Most audits take two to three weeks.

Frequently asked questions

What is a 360° Growth Audit?

It is a paid consulting review of how a B2B business attracts and converts demand. It covers search visibility, sales and lead channels, competitors and business roadblocks, and ends with a prioritized, actionable roadmap.

What do I receive at the end?

Documented findings for each audit area and a roadmap that sets out what to do, in what order and why. You receive it as a written report, and we walk you through it on a call.

Is implementation included?

No. The audit delivers findings and a roadmap. If you want help implementing it, we can discuss that separately.

How long does an audit take?

Usually two to three weeks. Timing depends on scope, the size of the business and how quickly access to data sources can be arranged.

What access do you need?

Typically read access to analytics, search console and CRM data, plus exports from relevant outbound tools. We only request what the agreed scope requires.

Do you guarantee results?

No. We do not guarantee rankings, AI citations, pipeline or revenue. The audit is designed to improve the quality of your decisions and show you where effort is most likely to pay off.

Does the audit include recommending specific software?

Where tools are part of the problem or the solution, we explain the options and trade-offs. We have no obligation to recommend any vendor, and any commercial relationship we have with a vendor would be disclosed.
